About Bcetscoaches	English (USA)
Bombay Challenge Event Target Series 2007. This training series will help you prepare for a challenge event, such as the Horribly Hilly Hundreds (HHH) (www.horriblyhilly.com) or other endurance challenge. The group rides are staged in length and intensity to facilitate build and recovery. Participants will get training tips, seminars, an online training log, mentoring, coaching, feedback, and encouragement. Using Bcetscoaches
To post a message to all the list members, send email to bcetscoaches@lists.tds.net. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Bcetscoaches
